Phone Perfect was founded in 2016, in Trivandrum, Kerala, India. The story began when the founder approached a mobile phone service centre to get his smartphone repaired. The high cost of service, unprofessional approach of service centre and low service quality made him realize that there is a huge gap in the market for smartphone services. The feeling was so strong that the founder thought of starting smartphone service centre and address these issues effectively.
Phone Perfect started initially as a service provider of smart phone service at customers' home or office. Customers loved the service and we saw tremendous growth as a brand in the market. Although, operating out of a 100 square feet shop, Phone Perfect was successful in gaining customers' trust, as we were able to see people in customers.
With change in technologies and size of machinery involved, it became impractical to conduct the service at customer's location. Post-covid we had adopted transparent, affordable, quick mobile phone service at the store itself. We conduct the service in-front of customer, not behind closed doors or curtains. This ensured transparency. We explain the issues with the phone, if the customer is interested in to know. As we were still able to see people in customers, we were able to fight through the tough years of Covid. We pioneered the spot service of mobile phones which are now adopted by many peers in market. We are glad and proud that we were able to push all the major smartphone service centres to spot service as it ensures transparency and speed.
Phone Perfect is fundamentally a technology company as we use advanced tools and techniques, not only to deliver the service, but also to manage the processes starting from customer contact to final delivery of service mobile phone. Our vision is to expand our service to more cities in India through Phone Perfect Verified Partners program by on-boarding reputed service centres across cities in India.
We build technology tools for marketing and service to empower our partners to generate more business revenue and grow phenomenally.
